01Who we are
This website is operated by Kenny's International (Kenny's Group), head office at 124 Boulevard du 30 Juin, Gombe, Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo. We are responsible for the personal data collected through it.
02What we collect
You can browse this website without creating an account or giving us any personal information. We only collect:
- what you send through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the topic you choose and your message;
- what you share when you email or call us;
- technical data recorded automatically by our servers, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the date and time of your visit;
- your language choice (FRA or ENG), which is saved in your own browser only.
We never ask for payment details on this website.
03Why we use it
- to answer your message and follow up on your request;
- to keep the website secure and working properly;
- to meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send you marketing messages unless you ask us to.
04Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not use advertising or audience-measurement cookies.
- Your language choice is stored in your browser so the website remembers it on your next visit. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings.
- The staff area uses a strictly necessary session cookie, only for authorised Kenny's staff who sign in.
- The website's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the contact page shows a Google Maps map. When these load, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy.
05Who we share it with
Your data is handled by Kenny's staff who need it to answer you. We only share it with:
- the companies that host our website and deliver our emails, which process it on our behalf;
- Google, for the fonts and map described above;
- the authorities, when the law requires it.
Some of these providers may store data outside your country. We only work with providers that protect it appropriately.
06How long we keep it
We keep your messages only as long as needed to answer and follow up on your request, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Server logs are deleted automatically after a short period.
07How we protect it
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access limited to authorised staff. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
08Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- see the personal data we hold about you;
- correct it if it is wrong;
- delete it, or stop using it.
To do so, email us at the address below. We will reply as soon as possible.
09Children
This website is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
